I stayed here last December and had a great experience then, enough to give 5 stars, but not this time. The sofa had dirty stains, there were insects on the bed, and the only positives were SAM, who was always helpful, and uncle Peter, the night guard who didn't even have a fan. The bicycles were punctured, and when I mentioned the room wasn't cooling properly, I was told the room was too big for the AC, so a bigger AC unit would be better. Despite all these issues, they charged full price per person even though occupancy was only about 30%. This was my last stay at COASTAL SUITES. If I come again, it will just be to say hi to SAM, who really helped us a lot, even in the middle of the night. Thanks for your service.
