Blacklisted guests will not be allowed to check in or stay at the hostels, even if they arrive as part of a group. No refund will be provided in such cases. Guests must verify their Aadhaar via DigiLocker. Those without a DigiLocker account must create one to complete verification. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
Alcohol is permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in dormitory rooms.
Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Any guest found violating this policy will be required to vacate the premises immediately and may be permanently blacklisted from all future stays.
The property also reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund for non-compliance with general policies, misbehavior (including physical, verbal, or mental abuse), theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment or delayed payment, or any actions causing inconvenience to others.

For group bookings of 2 or more guests, the property do not guarantee that all guests will be accommodated in the same dorm room. Room allocation is automated and subject to availability and floor arrangements. Right of admission is reserved.

The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables.

This property operates on a lean hospitality model, focusing on self-service and essential amenities to keep accommodation costs affordable. Services such as porter, valet, and similar are not provided. Certain amenities - including locks, toiletries, and towels - are available on a pay-as-you-use basis. All charges for these additional amenities are communicated clearly to guests.
Visitors are allowed only in the waiting area or common spaces. Visitors are not permitted inside any rooms at any time.

• The Hosteller Myngl Cafe serves vegetarian options only. To promote the backpacking culture and community spirit, all cafes operate on a self-service basis.

To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity. Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
