The stay was nice overall. While the hotel is rated as a 5-star property, I wouldn’t say it offers the kind of amenities or luxury experience you would typically expect from a 5-star hotel.It’s a small, cosy and comfortable hotel, but definitely more on the simple side rather than luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team.The rooms were okay—not exceptional, but clean and well maintained.The biggest plus is definitely the location. Everything is conveniently located nearby, which made getting around very easy.The breakfast spread, to be honest, was not up to the mark. There are quite a few better cafés and places nearby where you could enjoy breakfast. The tea, coffee and some of the regular breakfast items were repeated almost every day, and the taste could have been much better.Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, but considering the 5-star rating, I expected a little more. There may be better options available if you’re looking for a more luxurious hotel experience.
