Very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked the room for 3 days, but the service was extremely poor from the beginning.The room lock card given to us was not working properly. Every single time we had to call for assistance, but most of the time nobody picked up the call. We had to personally go to the reception, wait there, and bring someone to open the door for us. This was very frustrating.The landline inside the room was also not working, room service was unavailable, and they did not provide water bottles properly.The room had a very bad damp smell, and there were small insects all over the room. Even though there was a fridge in the room, it was full of cockroaches inside, which was completely unacceptable.During bathing time, the water suddenly stopped. We called for assistance, but it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come and resolve the issue.They promised to provide a coffee kettle, but never provided it during our stay.The biggest issue was with transportation. When we booked an outside cab, some people outside the hotel created unnecessary problems and said outside cabs were not allowed for pickup and that we must use their own cab service only. When we asked the hotel staff for support, they behaved as if it was not their responsibility and showed no concern.Overall, very poor maintenance, unhygienic rooms, and disappointing customer service.Don’t trust the fake 5-star reviews.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
