Amazing experience. The staff deserves full credit for their friendly service. The food quality is good, though the taste could use some enhancement. The swimming pool atmosphere is outstanding. The WiFi network is not well balanced. Overall, the staff service has elevated the standards.

This is a business hotel with good staff, facilities , all things are good and awesome - no complaints. Like to thanks Agoda for best customer support, Most important thing in today customer support when needed, things may go wrong which are not in our control, so we need a reliable company who can handle things. In my case I have booked another 4 star hotel 2 week earlier with an offer, but at the last movement before 2 days I have received a mail form hotel mentioning I have to pay extra amount to get the check in .. I was bit surprised then tried to contact agado.com customer care number.. they have resolved the issue by giving me another 4 star hotel better then the one i have chosen without any extra cost.. The resolution was quick and fast without any delay. Incase I had to re-book then I had to pay more amount as it was hardly 2 days before my check in.. So my advice choose a company who has good customer support as things may some times may not be as expected or go worng
