The rooms were roomy and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Anzar and Sameer were particularly helpful and attentive whenever we required assistance. I value their genuine efforts in ensuring our stay and journey were unforgettable. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Our time in Goa was very comfortable. We had a great time in the swimming pool.

The rooms were infested with many cockroaches and had several maintenance problems. The hallway lighting was very dim. Pest control and maintenance were urgently needed. The staff was friendly and responded quickly, but the property definitely needs to address the pest and maintenance issues.

The staff behavior is cooperative and good. However, the property requires significant maintenance. I checked in on 16th June 2026 at B Block, 2 BHK, ground floor 001. The sofa in the seating room was very untidy and weak; it broke on the very first seat. The rooms are not great but acceptable. There is a serious need for pest control due to a high density of cockroach families and insects throughout the flat/unit. The AC cooling is below standard. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 2 days. Do not book blindly based on online information. If you book with terms and conditions ensuring hygiene and freedom from pests, then it might be suitable for you and your family.

One of the finest stays in Goa with great vibes. The rooms are very clean and come with excellent service and attached kitchen facilities. There is a large swimming pool with clean water and a wonderful atmosphere. Gujarati and pure vegetarian food is served at the Gujarati kitchen run by Gujju Bhai Goa. This place is a must-visit for your stay, offering all types of pure vegetarian and Gujarati dishes. Thivim railway station is about 20 km away, Madgaon station around 45 km, Calangute beach 2 km, and Baga beach approximately 1.5 km. Various shops and restaurants are nearby, and bike and car rentals are available close to this location. Wax museum and go-karting are right in front of this stay (Gujarati kitchen). The location is easy to find on Google Maps.
