Ghatiya, no one is available for service.Reception pe koi nahi hai.I booked it from this platform and this platform redirecting me to this platform customer care an this platform customer car said we can't do anything ask this platform to help.So no one will help you.Cleaning is the main issue here and support nothing.I just checked in and see the room and no one is available here.NOTE : Sintu is available here for help, hence upgrading the rating from 1 to 3

I was visited end of December, 25. Room was not much clean and fragrance. Basic amenities are not provided by hotel like soap, sampoo, toothpaste or toothbrushes. But the receptionist behaviour was good. Location was great, everything like restaurants, tea point, grocery shop is all in nearby within 100-200m.Hopefully the hotel management will look this and also provide some basic amenities kit.
