Very disappointing stay. The hotel room was in poor condition and not properly maintained. The biggest issue was that the air conditioner was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite informing the staff, the problem was not resolved satisfactorily. Cleanliness and maintenance standards need significant improvement. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.
The hotel name says collection o Rudrapur bus stand but it is far away from bus stand and totally mis leading. It is in a lonely place with no hotels or restaurants available nearby. All the rooms are available on second floor and there is no lift in the hotel. AC duct pipe outlet is at the top of the bathroom and whenever you enter in the bathroom the water is licking from the top it is very disturbing.
