Collection O Rushikonda Beach Near GITAM

This was my first visit to Visakhapatnam, and I found this hotel online. It seemed cheaper than others nearby, so I booked a room with breakfast included. When I arrived and checked in, I asked the receptionist about breakfast times. He said they would call me at night to ask what I wanted from their options. However, when I entered my room, the bedsheet and pillow cover were stained, the bathroom was in terrible shape, and the toilet seat was broken. The next morning, I called reception for breakfast, but the person on the other end was rude and said they only offered idli for breakfast, which I had already paid for. I asked for tea instead, but he refused. It's confusing how they claim to offer breakfast but can't actually provide it. Also, don't trust the online pictures; the room I got, number 505, was awful. The only things working well were the elevator and internet. At checkout, they pressured guests to leave positive reviews on booking apps. Don't fall for it. Also, avoid tipping the receptionist, as he repeatedly asks for it.

Had the worst experience with rooms completely infested with bedbugs. The staff also behaved terribly.

Rooms are nice

We didn't get even carpet for clean feet, water facility also very bad morning hours in tap no water. I went and started the switch felt like I am doing at home. I did this activity at home.

Unhygienic, sheets are not washed properly and no towel in the room, had to wait 1hr for the staff to bring the towel
