Tulip Comfort Inn is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and a pleasant stay experience. The hotel provides good service, supportive staff, and well-maintained rooms with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff members are polite, helpful, and responsive to guest needs, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with necessary facilities for both families and business travelers. Room service is also available, and food is served directly to the room on request and order, which adds extra convenience for guests.The location of the hotel is also convenient, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a good choice for travelers visiting Chandigarh. Overall, it is a decent hotel with good hospitality, comfortable rooms, and satisfactory service at a reasonable price.

My stay at Comfort Inn Bathinda turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.Right from the start, the front desk staff, particularly Rasvinder, was extremely rude and dismissive. No matter what we asked, the response was either denial or attitude. Traveling with family, including senior citizens, made it even more frustrating as there was zero consideration for our situation.We booked twin-bed rooms but were given double-bed rooms. Requested rooms near the lift but got rooms far away. Basic requests were simply ignored.The most shocking part was the extra bed. We paid ’3000 and had to wait over 3 hours, only to receive a thin mattress placed on the floor. This is not what any decent hotel provides, especially at such a high charge.The rooms themselves are outdated and poorly maintained’cracked tiles, faulty lights, and very small washrooms. The pictures online are completely misleading.To top it off, the staff claimed that although it is branded as Comfort Inn, it operates under its own rules as Hotel Tulip Heights. This explains the lack of professionalism and service standards.Highly disappointed. Would never stay here again.

This is an upmarket hotel in Bathinda. It is about 25 minutes of battery rickshaw drive from the Railway Station. It is fairly well located, near the Sagar Ratna Hotel.The rooms are tiny. Far smaller than what one thinks. It is comfortable but if you have to sleep only. In case you wish to work in the room, it is not a great idea.The internet connectivity is OK. Also, your mobile data connectivity works fine. The hotel has various restaurants and are dedicated to the cuisine that they offer. So if you want simple Indian food, you need to know which Restaurant has that on offer. You need to navigate through the menu cards which have exotic sounding food items mentioned.The Staff is good and extremely polite and helpful. On the whole it's an OK experience.

Service and staff for both room service and dining is great. Loved the dining here, many options to choose from. Breakfast also has many options and service is great. Special thanks to Ashim who took extra effort to make breakfast experience great for us. No complaints.

I stayed at Comfort Inn for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The stay was extremely comfortable, and the staff was polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Overall, the experience was truly overwhelming, and credit goes to the excellent management of the hotel. If you’re planning to stay in Bathinda, this is undoubtedly the best choice. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Bathinda at the moment.
