I had booked a 3 bedroom but they allotted me a double bedroom. When I asked the staff, they said they don't have 3 bedrooms. I said this is wrong, then you made a mistake in selecting the hotel, it is your wish whether you come or not, I asked for the owner's number, but he got busy looking here and there.

❌ Horrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel on Mall Road Bhatinda, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Rude Staff: The staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. They showed zero hospitality or willingness to help. Tiny Rooms: The rooms are extremely cramped and suffocating—much smaller than they appear. Broken AC: To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working at all, making the stay completely uncomfortable.For the price and location, you expect decent service, but this place fails on every front. I highly recommend other travelers look elsewhere on Mall Road. Definitely not worth your money or peace of mind.
