Hotel location is good. Full in peace and very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and staff is also supportive. But few things which did not go well.1. Refrigrator does not work. It does not cool that much. We asked about replacement also and they did. But the other one also did not cool and they said it cool this much only. So we could not keep the milk for the baby in that. Even it could not cool the water.2. TV is good and smart tv. But Wifi never works. Wifi sucks. Consider it no wifi only. My room TV was broken and had display issue.3. I had problems with the communication as well with the staff. Tried Hindi and English both. 4. Not much of a food options as this location. But the market is very near like 2 KM there we can get good food.5. Room door handle is attached at very wrong location. Me and my wife hand got hurt everytime we use the door.6. Less space for parking.7. Lots of dogs at the property. If you love dog thens its good but if you do not, think twice.8. I found issue with hot water in the bathroom as well. Not sure if hot water comes on timely manner.9. Less space for stage if planning for long stay.10. Pillow was not good. If you like fat pillow the it is good. I could not sleep the whole 3 nights.
Nice property with friendly staff. However, restaurant services are lacking and should be introduced.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026The rooms were very good, clean, and spacious, with friendly staff and a well-kept property. Our host, Subhash Gaonkar, was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place for its reasonable prices and comfort.
