Disappointing Family Stay

I stayed there with my family and honestly, it was quite disappointing. On the first day, when we arrived, the staff helped us with our bags and showed us to our room, but after that, there was no staff around. Our rooms were not cleaned at all during the three days we stayed. They made sure we paid but then showed no further concern. The carpeted rooms were dirty, and lizards were definitely an issue. Be sure to lock the door and gate because dogs might come and eat any leftover food. The location is good, but that's the only positive aspect. They saw us leave the resort but didn't offer any help despite us having many bags. This is a warning for anyone considering staying here.

I recently stayed here and really liked the room and the beachfront location. The view was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.However, I was not very happy with the service. Staff response was slow and a few basic requests took longer than expected. With such a great location, improving service standards would make this place truly excellent.Overall good stay, but hope the management looks into service training. Would love to come back if this improves.

I recently stayed here and really enjoyed the room and the beachfront setting. The view was stunning, and the room was tidy and cozy. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the service. The staff were slow to respond, and some simple requests took more time than anticipated. Given the fantastic location, enhancing the service quality would make this hotel outstanding. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I hope management focuses on service training. I'd be happy to return if this gets better.

Our room offered an amazing beach view, and the accommodations were quite nice. We enjoyed a wonderful two-day stay. Right outside the rooms, there's a kayaking area available at a reasonable cost.

Our stay at Brendon Palolem in South Goa was wonderful and enjoyable. The location is ideal, situated directly on the beach, offering stunning views and a very calming atmosphere.
