Crystal Goa Onyx Edition

We booked the room for the 21st and 22nd, but it was worse than a lodge. It doesn't resemble the pictures at all. The photos show a TV, nice ambiance, cleanliness, and more, but in reality, it's not worth 3k. Cockroaches were everywhere, facilities were lacking, no cupboard, and broken furniture. The hotel staff had the nerve to say since we already checked in, they can't refund and suggested emailing MakeMyTrip. I will definitely contact MakeMyTrip to advise them not to list this as a hotel. It was terrible. There was garbage right next to our room, workers spitting there, and broken furniture thrown around. The room was said to have a balcony, but in reality, there were just two chairs in the corridor on the first floor blocking access to other rooms, which they called a balcony view. It was not convincing at all. The hotel staff is manipulative. No garden, no view, no facilities, and even the bathroom door was broken, wouldn't close, and had chipped corners. The room we paid 3k for is nothing like the pictures. This should be classified as a lodge, not a hotel.

Great spot, right in the center and near the beach

This is the best hotel equipped with all amenities. Staff members Sana and Raju are extremely kind, cooperative, and humble.
