Sai Valentines

I recently stayed at Sai Valentin and had a very bad experience. The hotel staff were rude and abusive when I brought up a simple concern. There was no water provided in the rooms, which is a basic necessity. The food in the restaurant was cold and lacked flavor. Overall, the service was terrible and there was no sense of hospitality. I do not recommend this place.

Stayed one night but chose to move to a different hotel. Main issues: 1) bathroom and room floor were not clean 2) rats made noise during the night 3) AC turned off at 3 am and the room became very hot due to a loose plug 4) breakfast was disappointing - the cook seemed unfamiliar with hush browns and poached eggs; I was served a strange-tasting mashed potato patty and an overcooked, very hard egg. Toast was not properly toasted and was soft and soggy. If the owner reads this, frozen hush browns are available at most supermarkets and are cheaper than bad reviews. When I complained, I was told they always make hush browns this way, using mashed potato. Positives: 1) bed linens were fairly clean 2) there is a cozy swing on the balcony and a kids' play area in the garden 3) they serve decent cappuccino from a proper coffee machine quickly.

The vegetarian food was not tasty enough.

Their service is terrible. I advise against depending on them. Their primary goal seems to be just making money. I've stayed here three times, but this visit was very disappointing.

We had booked for a room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed however we were assigned room with double bed only. Later when we highlighted this they gave us an extra mattress in the same room and asked if we would want the bed to be placed, but the size of the room was not big enough for extra bed so we deined. We had a comfortable stay and all the staff members were helpful. Only concern they should allot bigger rooms for those who book for specific category that is room with extra bed as mentioned on the Agonda website.
