The room urgently needs maintenance. It was not clean, and the bed sheets were dirty. Instead of a proper double bed mattress, two single mattresses were used, which kept shifting apart and created an uncomfortable gap. The air conditioner was blowing out ice. The floor was also dirty. The hotel policy on OYO states that guests can get a complimentary two-hour late checkout from 11 to 1 if needed, but they refused this rudely. Only one towel was provided as an amenity. The WiFi kept disconnecting frequently and was very slow. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.
