Our group of five booked two rooms for the period of the 16th to the 18th at a rate of ’9,000. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager, Anmol Bajpai, told us the rooms weren't ready and offered an executive room instead, for which we would have to pay an extra ’500; we agreed to this. The next day, however, he claimed our booking was only for one day and the cost for the two rooms was ’9,500, even though we had actually booked for two days. None of the staff were willing to listen to us; they neither let us speak to the owner nor provided the owner's mobile number. The staff is terrible’they simply do not listen to anything.
