We booked the hotel for full one day, even though we had to stay just for the night. We arrived around midnight. Checked out at 8:30 am the next morning but the hotel stay was like the worst decision for us. First when we checked in they gave us a room where the flush was kept open and all its fittings and parts were lying on the floor. The light was hanging with a wire over our heads from the ceiling. The AC wasn't working. When we initially asked to change the room they refused and adjusted the flush parts and light with hands (room ***). But after repeated complaints they changed the room to ***There was no towel, no water. The room was full of stench. Stinking badly. On top of that the security lock of the main door was loosely hanging and the bathroom lock wasn't working. But thankfully AC was working. They didn't have more rooms so we had to adjust as it was late night. In the evening they said we can eat from buffet which starts from 7:30 am. But in the morning they refused and we had to buy the breakfast separately. Service was so slow that we had to wait till 8:15 to get our breakfast. The staff doesn't listen. They don't have cloak room or luggage room. Kept our luggage in a store behind the reception where they keep mops and cleaning items.As a female, i had to change clothes, i requested a room for changing, but they didn't even consider after repeated requests and asked me to change in the common washroom near the common area. They only have a handful of 4 to 5 people as staffThis was the experience for a hotel I paid ***. Please don't stay here. Choose better hotels nearby
