Dirty rooms, wet bedding and rude service

बहुत खराब स्थिति है। कमरे size मे बड़े है लेकिन गंदे है कवर फटे पड़े हैं। बेड पूरा गिला गद्दा बेडशीट भी गिली तौलिया भी गिला मैंने होटल वाले को तौलिया बदलने को कहा तो बोलते हैं सिर्फ यहीं एक बचा है। दीवारों मे सीलन पूरी रात सही से सो नहीं पाया था। खुद एक पन्नी लेकर गया था उसको बिछाया तब जाकर उस बेड पर सो पाया। गंदी सी कुर्सी रखी हुई है एक ।मानते हैं सस्ता है लेकिन सुखा और साफ तो दे सकते हैं?

Overall its a disaster because received wet bed seed no charging point very bad manner of staff. He literally use abusive type language in very bad manner. Please change your staff or give them training. How to treat I booked this hotel for my brother because of his exam birthday experience very harsh night at the hotel because their mobiles are dead, literally they literally they are telling to me which type of hotel I booked in Agoda app. It shows a three star hotel. They provide zero star facility and services. Please correct it or provide proper information, not just so visual that not provided by the hotel property.Not recommend to anyone.
