HOTEL MAJASH DREAMS

I booked a room, but the AC in the room they assigned wasn't working. When I complained, a staff member came to check it but couldn't fix it; it turned out the AC wasn't working on the entire floor. After waiting for two hours—from 11 PM to 1 AM—and lodging a complaint on Agoda, they opened up another room for me, which they claimed was a more expensive one; however, it took another half-hour just to get the key for that room. The next morning at checkout, the reception staff had changed, and a lady was at the desk. I checked out, paid the food bill, and loaded my luggage into my car. Since it was hot, I started the engine and sat inside to let the temperature cool down. Just then, a hotel staff member came and said the lady at the reception wanted to see me. I went inside, and the receptionist started yelling at me, accusing me of stealing bathrobes and demanding to search my luggage. She claimed I had broken the bathroom dispensers—which were actually loose and had fallen off when I tried to use them, spilling the shower gel (I had simply put them back in place)—and insisted I pay for the damage. She also accused me of breaking the bedside table. I kept telling her to call the staff member who was on duty the previous night, arguing that since there hadn't been a bathrobe in the room to begin with, there was no reason for me to steal one; but she wouldn't listen and kept arguing. There were people standing around, and I felt deeply humiliated. Although the matter was eventually cleared up, they still charged me 200. I have never encountered such terrible staff at any hotel in my life, especially not at upscale ones; I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed for 4nights. There were so many mosquitos in the room, I killed almost 15-20 everyday, still mosquitos keep on coming don’t know from where. Even the windows were sealed. They seriously need to do something about this. Overall experience was good but mosquitos troubled our sleep/experience the most.
