FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj

Service was worst. Need to do lot of work on hygiene an cleanliness. Even towels are like sweeping clothes. This place is only occupied because of its location.

I stayed at FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj for a few days, and overall, it was a good experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the location’being so close to Hazratganj makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, exploring the city, and finding great places to eat nearby.The ExperienceRooms: The rooms were decent and comfortable enough for a short stay.Facilities: Basic amenities like the AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and housekeeping was satisfactory.Service: The staff was polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much smoother.Areas for ImprovementThat said, there are a few areas where the hotel could level up. Cleanliness and maintenance could be more consistent, and because of its central location, the surrounding area can feel a bit crowded at times.Final VerdictOverall, if you are looking for a budget-friendly stay in a central Lucknow location, this is a solid and reasonable option.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were cockroaches in the room. No slippers or basic amenities were provided despite the high charges. Not even a single water bottle was given. The worst part was that the bill amount was lower than the amount I actually paid. The receptionist was also unhelpful after the payment as they asked to pay early before staying.

Hotel is equipped with modern and quality amenities. The sandwich is very delicious from the restaurant. Only downside is it is location where restaurants and shops are limited but the metro station and Aminabad Market are close. The access to hot water and room heating helped overcome the chilly mornings of Lucknow

Location-wise, the hotel is fine as it's close to the railway station and metro, but that’s the only positive.The food prices are outrageously high, so don’t waste your money in their restaurant. Packed water bottle was also very high.The hotel doesn’t provide even the basic essentials ’ no dental kit, no slippers, no complimentary water, nothing.The room maintenance is pathetic. Wallpapers were coming off, the ceiling tile looked like it would fall any moment, there were patches of mould around the room, and the chair was broken and shabby.Overall, a very poorly maintained property
