The staff is understaffed, and those who are present are unfriendly. They create fraudulent bills and harass guests during checkout. One has to ask for room service multiple times before receiving it. There is a complete lack of proper management. The food is bad; specifically, the non-vegetarian dishes are prepared using stale ingredients and are completely inedible.
