One of the best stays you can get at this price point. The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also quite good. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
Very Disappointing Experience at Sapphire SuitesI had been a frequent guest at Sapphire Suites and had visited the property many times. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of the hotel.At the time of checkout, it was found that the TV in our room was damaged. I personally saw the damaged TV at that time. However, we had not used the TV during our stay and were not aware of any damage to it.Despite this, the responsibility for the damaged TV was placed on us, and the hotel management insisted that I provide a brand-new TV of the exact same model. Considering my long-standing relationship with the hotel and wanting to resolve the matter peacefully, I purchased a new TV costing approximately 40,000 and handed it over to the hotel.Before doing so, I specifically requested the management that after cooperating and replacing the TV, I should not be banned from the property. The hotel accepted the new TV from me. However, after approximately two days, I was informed that my entry had been banned. Even more surprisingly, my friends were also restricted from entering the property.I found this extremely disappointing and unfair, particularly because I had been a frequent guest and had fully cooperated with the management despite disputing responsibility for the damaged TV.I am sharing this experience so that future guests are aware and can carefully check and document the condition of all items in their room at the time of check-in.I hope the management reviews this matter fairly and provides an explanation as to why the replacement TV was accepted from me and I was subsequently banned despite my cooperation.
