Very nice decoration, room was clean and tidy.The property was on the main road so finding it was easy.nice food in the breakfast making it a 5 star stay.

The lady at reception Miss Gupta(complete name not mentioning knowingly) is arrogant and non professional .Rest hotel is okay, service okay , food okay.Hotel should have humble and gentle people on Reception.

The bedding was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything remained tidy throughout my visit. Bathrooms were hygienic, well-equipped, and stocked with basic toiletries, which added to the comfort.One of the highlights is the in-house restaurant, which offers a wide variety of dishes. The food was flavorful, and the breakfast buffet provided multiple options to suit different tastes. Room service was also quick and reliable.The hotel has good facilities for both leisure and business travelers, including banquet halls and meeting spaces. Poor behaviour of Mr naveen as manager .we are at hotel gomti agar with family for a birthday party and he refuses to play music due india pakistan match commentry after discussion and request to play music he replied some customers are requesting for commentry ...i ask about the customers who ask about to play commentry he refused to tell....so he destroyed our birthday party today...disgusting mam and manager please throw him out

A wonderful hotel. Very spacious rooms at very reasonable rates. In room facilities include independent ironing board with iron, locker, tea making facility, sleepers, dressing gown, flat tv with only free channels and sufficient water bottles.Food too is excellent except mutton preparation (mutton was not properly cooked) . Please instruct your housekeeping staff not to remove all towels if they don't have stock to immediately replace them. Excellent decoration and lobby. Excellent air conditioning but hot water in the bathroom was not available. The bathroom attached to the lobby should constantly be kept under vigil for prompt cleaning. Excellent very big halls with the names Fun Fair 1, 2 and 3 , which can also be combined to accommodate large gatherings.The managers and staff should be more attentive. Overll a very good and reasonable place to stay and organise marriages and other functions in Lucknow.
