it was my second stay in this hotel first time their was issue in ac cooling in my room and this time also ac was not cooling ,several time I have raised the issue but it was didn't addressed, staff was not responding and whole night I didn't slept. Ac functioning of hotel rooms is poor.i didn't recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing in several aspects. The food was not up to the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The bathroom was another major concern’the floor was extremely slippery, and I narrowly avoided falling multiple times. The shower area was poorly designed, causing water to spill out and spread across the entire bathroom every time I took a shower. This is certainly not something one would expect from a property of this category.However, there was one aspect that truly stood out: the staff. Every member of the team was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Their exceptional service was the highlight of my experience. If I could rate the service separately, I would gladly give it 6 out of 5 stars.While the staff deserves high praise, the hotel's facilities and food quality need significant improvement to match the standards associated with a five-star hotel.

One of the best properties in Lucknow. Rooms and bed are extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and well maintained.The only shortcoming in the rooms themselves is lack of storage space since there's only a small wardrobe section in the washroom itself, nothing in the room. Hard to beat the location - it has some great cafes within a few minutes walking distance.Breakfast is decent, but could do with some more Awadhi cuisine and dessert varieties. Small things which can be improved is some promptness and attention of the staff. We called and asked for bathrobes, which simply never came. The pool area was undergoing renovation which was not informed at the time of booking. We used it in the limited hours it was open, but even then the sunbeds were kept cramped and almost unusable. When we requested a staff member - Mr.***- to place one sunbed in some space, he refused citing the renovation even though the work was scheduled to start more than 3 hours later.
