Hotel Radical Palace

The hotel seemed a little reserved in supplying toiletries like, tooth brushes(only one/none in a double room), tea/coffee sachet etc, we have to ask for it. Linen, bath towel cleanliness not upto standard.Approach to hotel is also difficult in rush hours. We went there in 16 seater Urbania. Had much difficulty in reach hotel through the narrow approach road due to congestion.Otherwise okay, in respect of location, inhouse restaurant, etc.

Good place to stay in. Good breakfast options. Resturant services are very good. Rooms are good. Parking available.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days its was great stay there it was truly value for me and location was perfect as all the major visiting sites and markets were near just 2-5km away. Hotel staff was very polite and helpfull

If at all anyone wants to stay near LKO railways station, this place is a best deal. Just 3 km away from railway station. Street food and restaurants available near by and there is a in house restaurant. The service is good.

Our stay at Hotel Radical Palace, Lucknow was truly heart-warming and memorable. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, barely five minutes from Charbagh or Lucknow NR Railway Station, which makes travel extremely easy, especially with luggage and late-night arrivals.We reached around 9:30 pm, and even before arriving, the hotel staff proactively guided our cab driver, which was such a thoughtful touch. As soon as we reached the hotel, the entire staff welcomed us with warm smiles. There was no waiting and no fuss at all. Our room was ready within a few minutes, clean, comfortable, and well prepared.After freshening up, we were served fresh, yummy dinner that felt homely and comforting. One thing I really appreciated is that they call you every morning around 9 am for breakfast, which shows how attentive they are. If your room has a complimentary breakfast tariff, it is a fulfilling experience. The unlimited buffet includes healthy options, well prepared dishes, and very cordial staff. Nothing is bland or disappointing.No matter how busy the hotel gets, you will never witness even the slightest harshness from the staff. They are always smiling, polite, extremely helpful, and quick to respond. It was freezing cold during our stay, and when we requested a room heater, it was provided immediately without any delay.The most touching part of our stay was on the day of departure. Our return train was scheduled early morning at 7:10 am, and despite their regular breakfast timings being 8 to 10 am, the team made special arrangements for us. Tea and breakfast were served at 6:30 am, ensuring we left well fed and comfortable. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.Staying here honestly felt like staying with loved ones who take care of every small detail. They offer both veg and non veg options, catering to different preferences. The Hotel Radical Palace team truly made our New Year Lucknow trip more pleasant and stress free.We would love to visit again and again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow for its location, hospitality, food, and the warmth of its people.
