Hotel Radical Palace

Our stay at Hotel Radical Palace, Lucknow was truly heart-warming and memorable. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, barely five minutes from Charbagh or Lucknow NR Railway Station, which makes travel extremely easy, especially with luggage and late-night arrivals.We reached around 9:30 pm, and even before arriving, the hotel staff proactively guided our cab driver, which was such a thoughtful touch. As soon as we reached the hotel, the entire staff welcomed us with warm smiles. There was no waiting and no fuss at all. Our room was ready within a few minutes, clean, comfortable, and well prepared.After freshening up, we were served fresh, yummy dinner that felt homely and comforting. One thing I really appreciated is that they call you every morning around 9 am for breakfast, which shows how attentive they are. If your room has a complimentary breakfast tariff, it is a fulfilling experience. The unlimited buffet includes healthy options, well prepared dishes, and very cordial staff. Nothing is bland or disappointing.No matter how busy the hotel gets, you will never witness even the slightest harshness from the staff. They are always smiling, polite, extremely helpful, and quick to respond. It was freezing cold during our stay, and when we requested a room heater, it was provided immediately without any delay.The most touching part of our stay was on the day of departure. Our return train was scheduled early morning at 7:10 am, and despite their regular breakfast timings being 8 to 10 am, the team made special arrangements for us. Tea and breakfast were served at 6:30 am, ensuring we left well fed and comfortable. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.Staying here honestly felt like staying with loved ones who take care of every small detail. They offer both veg and non veg options, catering to different preferences. The Hotel Radical Palace team truly made our New Year Lucknow trip more pleasant and stress free.We would love to visit again and again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow for its location, hospitality, food, and the warmth of its people.

Very disappointing experience with this hotel.I had booked 3 rooms for 8 guests with breakfast included through Goibibo. Later, I added one more guest and paid the additional amount as per Goibibo’s instructions. Even after that, the hotel refused to provide breakfast, saying the rate shown on Goibibo for 3 people with breakfast ’will not be considered.’Despite showing full payment proof, the hotel insisted that I pay ’2100 extra just for breakfast ’ so I ended up paying ’9600 instead of ’7500, even though I had already paid through Goibibo.The staff was uncooperative and unwilling to help, blaming everything on the app. But as a guest, it’s not my fault if there’s a difference between Goibibo and hotel rates. I paid in good faith and expected honesty from the hotel.Completely disappointed with how they handled it ’ very poor customer service.

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2025. The rooms are nice, hotel is conveniently located, service is good and even the in house dining is very good. We enjoyed the breakfast spread also and had a good time at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Pathetic stay as i have checked in today and since morning tv was not working and the staff was saying you were not in the room but I was in the room since I complained after three hours of complaint has left the room.Cleanliness is not up to the mark as I have shared the pics above and they are not the same as before as i have stayed plenty of times and regretting to stay at this place at this cost with this pathetic cleaning and behaviour of the staff .RegardsAnand MankhandRoom no 108

Bad response I have experienced in this hotel we are going for attending are cousin brother's engagement ceremony and I have lost my gold ring ..I have seen footage also and the ring is stolen by hotel staff .And the hotel management will not support us they Deny for their mistake.....
