Frustrating Budget Stay

Very poor room. The owner was very rude. I made a reservation for a base category but when I arrived i was told that that room was sold out so i had to take a more expensive room. If you want to check out late at night you cannot do it because the owner licks the door by 11:30 and switch off his phone. Then you have to check out after 6 in the morning only. Lack of cleaning. No basic amenities. For water also you have to take it from a dirty water cooler.
