Not responding on call very poor behavior

This was far from a typical hotel stay; it turned into a nightmare at midnight due to the arrogant and rude behavior of the owner and his staff. My family and I were traveling when our car broke down late at night. My elderly parents and we were tired, stranded, and urgently needed a room. While my wife and I had our Aadhaar cards, my parents did not have any ID with them. Instead of showing any compassion, the owner and staff chose to act cruelly, refusing us accommodation and treating the situation like a power struggle. The owner acted as if he ruled a kingdom, despite the property looking old and run-down. His attitude was far too big for his personality. He seemed to think owning a hotel gave him the right to insult and lecture tired guests, forgetting that guests are customers, not subjects. The staff's behavior was just as shocking; some appeared drunk and were completely inappropriate for a hotel setting. The situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police at midnight, and I have proof of the call with location and timeline. The police checked the hotel's papers and found their authorization expired, reprimanding them on the spot. After this ordeal, we left and went to Krishna Residency, where the staff simply checked my ID and helped us get a room—true hospitality. Here, the owner charges for a room but gives attitude for free. The reception exists, but hospitality does not. The building may be old, but the owner's ego is brand new. To the owner, who challenges reviewers to reveal their identity, here I am, willing to stand by my complaint with my name and contact details. You insulted and humiliated my elderly parents when they were stranded late at night, and I will not forget that. Don't mistake a customer's anger for cowardice. You made my family miserable for one night, but you ensured I will share our experience. A hotel needs hospitality, manners, and accountability—not an owner with a huge ego and terrible attitude. Potential guests should think twice before booking here, especially if traveling with elderly parents or arriving late. For us, this was not just bad service; it was a humiliating and unnecessary experience that my family should never have faced. Never again.
