The room experience was very unsatisfactory. Water was leaking in the bathroom, causing a lot of trouble. Despite calling the staff four times, no blanket was given. Additionally, the pillows and mattress smelled bad and seemed neither fresh nor well cleaned. Overall, the room upkeep did not meet hotel standards, and the service was quite bad. I was also charged more than what their service warranted.
