I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at FabHotel Ratna Palace, which I booked through MakeMyTrip. I selected your hotel based on the online photos and description, expecting a clean, comfortable, and well-kept place. Sadly, the hotel's actual state was very different from what was shown. I was traveling to Lucknow for work with my brother, mother, and daughter. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the room's condition. There was a strong unpleasant odor that made staying there very uncomfortable. The switchboards were broken, the walls were dirty and stained, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below acceptable standards. The room did not match the photos shown during booking. I had planned to book a second room after checking the property, but after seeing the condition, I immediately chose to book another hotel. Because of the late hour and our travel plans, some family members stayed temporarily, but I personally could not stay due to the unhygienic environment. As a hospitality brand, I believe your guests deserve truthful representations of your property and rooms. Showing photos that do not reflect the real condition creates false expectations and harms customer trust.

Overall, good.

The room and hotel in Lucknow were the worst I have experienced.
