I stayed at Collection-O Sara Grand near Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Gomtinagar, Lucknow from 3rd to 4th August, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.First of all, the hotel staff charged extra for early check-in, which was not communicated properly beforehand. The staff overall was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the stay.The room condition was completely unacceptable. It was highly unhygienic — there was pigeon droppings all over the floor and even on the furniture. The pillow was dirty, the furniture was old and broken, and the overall cleanliness standards were shocking.The bathroom was even worse. The shower was broken, the toilet seat was filthy, and the flush was not working at all. On top of that, the wash basin tap was broken and water kept flowing continuously. The bathroom wall tiles were also damaged, making the entire space feel neglected and unsafe.Breakfast was another disappointment — there were barely any options available.To other customers: if you still choose to stay here after reading this, it’s honestly your own risk. Staying in this hotel feels like pure survival, not a comfortable stay. They lure customers with low prices but completely fool you with the kind of service and conditions they provide.This place seriously lacks basic hygiene, maintenance, and professional service. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here.
