FabHotel Pratham Inn

Room was not clean , bathroom was not clean .. hair was in the room and in bed when we checked in and lying that we cleaned it .. staff don't listen to you , even asking for water 4-5 times they not provided any watter bottle ..

As an Executive of SHERATON GRAND CHENNAI RESORT AND SPA I am writing this genuine review.Hotel and location is very niceI didn’t had food so i cant tell about that,Rooms were good, But was not maintained as some lights were broken, bed mattress was lil hard, and the bed was not proper tucked from side No Toiletries were there in bathroom, No Hand towel no face towel, no bathmat.. but bathroom was clean and hygienic, but little small.During checkin they told me that they are not going to allow us as they are no more listed with fab hotels but i booked from there only, and also i payed for that I DONT KNOW ITS FAB HOTELS FAULT or HOTELS FAULT but i payed extra and separately and directly checked in’ the guy at the reception was little rude and informal’ But it was hassle checkin for me.. The lady seated in reception was kind and polite only she showed some hospitality.. STILL STRUGGLING FOR REFUND DONT LIST YOURSELF ON ANY WEBSITE IF YOU WILL NOT ALLOW FOR CHECKIN.Please take this review seriously and you should work on it @pratham innThe property was value for money.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bedsheets were very dirty. I asked the staff to change them, but they didn’t respond and kept ignoring me even after several reminders. The food was also bad. I ordered poha, which had a stone inside. When I asked them to replace it, they finally changed it. This incident happened couple of months back.

Great stay as always and great service from the staff have been staying here for the last 4-5 years.

Stay was good, rooms can be spacious. Toiletries need to be brought by the guest itself. The staff is nice. Overall stay was good and affordable
