Couple • India • Mar 2026The room was decent and the stay was comfortable overall. However, I was disappointed that even the water bottle was charged separately. Most hotels usually provide at least one bottle of water as complimentary for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a difference in the overall experience. Hope the management considers this for better guest satisfaction.

We had entered in the given room and mosquitoes were everywhere like hell, raised an objection and got liquid vapour in return but no other solution. No water bottle, no glass no tea bags nothing were kept there. Bedsheet had burnt spots and bed was dirty. AC was not working and upon raising concern about it, got threat from reception that service of AC is due hence it is not working, pls cooperate. Further When several requests were made one bathroom towel & one bottle of water were provided in 30 minutes of such request. Dirt and dust was everywhere and in every corner. Photos attached for ease of reference. Not limiting to this, Queen size bed was provided in the name of king bed, however somehow managed to spent night with my 2 young children. When i had enquired about breakfast (for which i had already paid to Agoda while booking the hotel), receptionist had clearly denied that this is not included in your stay and when i had shown him in my booking app (Photo attached) he stood negligent and didn’t provide breakfast. It was the pathetic experience. When we ended our stay and checking out at around 9 am receptionist had stopped us and asked to pay INR 25 for that one bottle water. Seriously i was awfully shocked. I had returned the sealed bottle to the reception and said “Sharam kar lo Kuchh”. Never had such a bad experience in any hotel till date. Never recommend this hotel to anyone, rest is your decision.
