The stay was excellent. The reception team is courteous and accommodating. Early check-in is possible if rooms are free. They won't keep you waiting for hours to assign a room. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I needed to go to Lucknow in emergency for an important work and therefore searched for good hotels near Railway station. I saw a lot of good reviews and therefore I chose the hotel. I recommend to not trust the random auto drivers who take you to random places and tell you random things about the area and hotel for their own commission elsewhere. You can directly go to this place stress free. The rooms were very clean and maintained. The staff was good specially the manager i guess Mr. Virendra Awasthi. Very calm and polite soul. Overall everything was very good comparatively to other hotels I have stayed in and at a good price.The stay was worth it.
