Collection O Ashiyana Formerly Rajshree

The worst experience I've had. The owner behaved very rudely. All the reviews are fake.

Conveniently reachable for those depending solely on online information, accompanied by friendly service.

The hotel management lacks basic hospitality skills necessary for running a hotel. I arrived before my check-in time and saw the cleaning being done in front of me. The staff did not change the bedsheet, and when I asked, he said it was put on just the evening before. I insisted that the sheet should be changed after every guest leaves. He then replaced it with a worn-out sheet and later switched it to a better one. I had to argue for such basic standards. Additionally, this same staff member forcefully entered my room four times without knocking when he needed something or wanted to check the room. This made me feel unsafe as a female guest. I was also questioned about my stay and if anyone else was coming to the hotel. I made it clear I was alone and no one else would check in, yet the staff kept giving me suspicious looks. The rooms at the back of the hotel look very shabby and uninviting, making them unsuitable for female guests. Considering the staff's behavior of forcefully entering rooms, I would not recommend this hotel to any female guests.

BEWARE: UNSANITARY, DANGEROUS, AND TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE COST! If you're considering this hotel, avoid it at all costs. It's a total disaster and by far the worst place on OYO. We found dirty rooms, a filthy, uncleaned bathroom, and a terrible odor throughout the room. Even after allowing extra time post check-in for cleaning, the staff did nothing. On top of that, there was constant water leaking on the floor and hazardous electrical issues causing frequent blackouts. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the owner completely avoids responsibility and refuses to ensure basic living conditions. The OYO team was notified about these dangers, but the owner showed no concern. Don't make the error of staying here—avoid booking online through OYO or walking in!

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This hotel is not just poor in quality; it is dirty, unsafe, and by far the worst location I've ever encountered. From check-in, the room was filthy, the bathroom was extremely unhygienic, and a terrible smell filled the area—conditions that the staff ignored despite being given ample time to clean. Besides the gross cleanliness issues, the room suffered from water leaks and hazardous electrical problems with lights constantly tripping, making it very unsafe. To top it off, the staff offered no help and the hotel owner showed blatant neglect, refusing to repair basic amenities or accept responsibility. We reported every problem directly to the @OYO Team, but the management was completely indifferent and ineffective. Don't spend any money here—avoid booking through OYO and do not visit this hotel!
