My husband and I visited for some business work and chose to stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Looking back, I can genuinely say that choosing this hotel was one of the wisest decisions we made.From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was exceptional — from the elegant ambience and comfortable stay to the delicious food and, most importantly, the warmth and professionalism of the staff.The location deserves a special mention as well. It is wonderfully situated, making it convenient for our business visit while also offering a pleasant and relaxing environment. The overall setting adds to the charm of the property and makes the stay even more enjoyable.I must also mention that the photographs available online simply do not do justice to the hotel in person. The property has a charm, ambience, and overall appeal that can truly be appreciated only when experienced firsthand. It is one of those places that looks beautiful in pictures but is even more impressive in reality.A very special mention and heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Shashi Bhan and Ms. Rati, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, seamless, and hygienic. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and organisation, and they were incredibly understanding of my preferences. At my very first request, they personally ensured that everything was thoroughly taken care of and arranged to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to help were truly commendable.We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Front Desk team, who graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in.
