OYO 3499 Tekarees Inn

This hotel deserves a half star.It is such a dirty hotel,the rooms ,the bathroom and everything.You will feel bad of using the things at this hotel.We had booked an entire UP tour from Make My Trip,and MMT had provided this hotel to us.We are total of 3Adults a 1kid,as soon we reached the hotel they showed us a small and dirty room.Even they dont have a room heater and even they denied to give an extra bed.After having a conservation with the MMT customer service they gave a bigger room(which they called it as a suite room),and this room is much more dirty the tiles,the toilet,the washroom tiles they were old and can’t be used.The exhaust fan was not working,the TV was not working,moreover the switch board was on the bed ,which is dangerous.After asking them to clean both the room and washroom still it was dirty.The bed,cupboard each and everything are dirty.I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and Kindly don’t boom it from MMT or any vendor.Sharing the pictures.

Good location hotel, near from railway station, Amit Mishra support our group tour very well, thanks to team and staff. Will recommend this hotel.

The people who work there are friendlyRoom was nice and they give you proper toiletries also you can ask for more if you need

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Although early checkin wasn’t possible due to room unavailability, the staff handled it well. They were courteous and suggested we enjoy breakfast while we waited. By the time we returned, our room was ready and the check-in process was smooth.The breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh and tasty options. The room itself was clean comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Location was perfect as we needed it near the passport office.Improvements1. Washroom shower was pretty slow in our room, it can be improved.

We were visiting Lucknow for the first time as a group of 14 people and had booked 6 rooms (2 triple occupancy, 4 double occupancy). Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing.All rooms had a terrible smell.Bathrooms were dirty and water supply was muddy.Bed sheets and mattresses were in poor condition.The hotel charged extra despite such poor services.Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and overpriced.This hotel is not recommended at all ’ especially for families or groups. Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel.
