This was our 2nd time stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, Breakfast was included in the price, and the food was quite delicious with a wide variety of options, very impressive. The staff were polite and courteous, making the stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work, team!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. The conduct of the staff was both unprofessional and dishonest. Our room key card was deliberately taken and concealed beneath a printer, after which we were falsely accused of losing it and asked to pay a penalty fee. When we requested a review of the CCTV footage to clarify the situation, the staff continuously delayed and provided excuses, seemingly to avoid revealing the truth.Such behavior is highly inappropriate and gives the impression of a deliberate attempt to exploit guests. I strongly recommend that prospective visitors exercise caution when considering this hotel. Integrity and transparency are fundamental expectations in the hospitality industry regrettably, this establishment failed to meet even those basic standards.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel because the staff were dishonest and unprofessional. They hid our room card under the printer at the front desk, then wrongly blamed us for losing it and asked us to pay a fine. When we asked them to check the CCTV to prove we didn’t lose it, they kept making excuses and avoided showing the footage. It was clear they were trying to cover up what really happened.The staff didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t care about how we felt. Instead, they tried to pressure us into paying to avoid more trouble. This kind of behavior makes me wonder how many other guests they’ve treated like this.If you’re thinking about staying at this hotel, be careful. There are many better places that treat people fairly and with respect. Don’t risk going through what we did.
