I spoke with the property staff two days before check-in and specifically confirmed whether parking would be available on the full moon day. I was assured that parking would be possible. However, when we arrived for check-in, the staff informed us that parking was not allowed and that we would have to park the vehicle about 2 km away and walk back or use public transportation.The staff’s attitude and the way they communicated this information were also quite rude and unhelpful. This was especially disappointing because we had already confirmed the parking arrangement in advance.Additionally, for a stay with two adults, only one bottle of water was provided. When we requested another bottle, we were told that it would cost 20.Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to the contradictory information about parking and the unfriendly approach of the staff.
