Recently stayed at The Grand Pacific Hotel for a weekend and had a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to assist with my requests. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to beach. Overall, I highly recommend The Grand Pacific Hotel and would definitely stay there again!"

I will try to stay objective on this review and to not put my emotions towards what I will say :I've made a booking over the phone for a one night stay in this place. I've been told to come and pay upfront !Got welcome the next day at 11pm by a man who straight away and without any acknowledgement, said to me, we dont have room and wave at me to go very abruptly!Tried to talk to that man but obviously wasn't understanding what I was saying, he even got angry and came towards me threatening me !I have to say that at that point I totally lost it and threatening him back.At that time of the night and knowing that I was coming, and you sold out your room. would you have been able to recommend me another place and apologize maybe ?!Well I'll do it first and say sorry to have talk to that man aggressively which was self defense! Everything happened for a reason and im glad I didnt have to stay in that place with a very rude welcome and attitude towards potential clients.I wish you nevertheless to learn from those mistakes and maybe be more accommodating towards potential clients who want to spend money in your business.All the best

This hotel is located only 10 minutes walking distance to serenity beach;All the staff of hotel was very helpful specially the morning receptionist he knows English, tamil and hindi also he helped us to get two wheeler on rent from the shop right beside the hotel provided places to visit and to eat helped us to get auto rickshaw for the bus stand. Other than that the evening manager security guard and cleaning staff are also good but they mostly know tamil onlyThe only thing I wished was if they also gave access to the terrace of the hotel, it was locked and we had a room opposite side of the beach so we didn't get any view.There is a sri ganpathi cafe near the hotel which is very affordable and tastes very good

I loved this place, very hygienic, very good service, cheerful staff ! Over all excellent experience.placed in the centre of the city
