My stay at Dera Jawai Leopard Safari was truly unforgettable! I've visited many resorts during my travels, but Dera Jawai stands out as one of the finest. The Swiss tents are stunning, the grounds are tranquil, well-kept, and surrounded by lush greenery. The pool is spotless, and the food tastes wonderful with a comforting, homemade feel. The hospitality is the standout feature. Mr. Ravi, the owner, is incredibly humble and attentive. He personally makes sure every guest is comfortable, even waking up before dawn to organize safari details and attend to every small need. The resort welcomes pets, which was great for me as a dog enthusiast. They have a well-trained Great Dane who is friendly and carefully managed to ensure guest comfort. We arranged both evening and morning safaris through the resort. Mr. Ravi asked our safari driver, Dalpat Singh Ji, to do everything possible to provide us with the best wildlife experience. Thanks to his vast knowledge, patience, and dedication, we were fortunate to see two different leopards on our safaris. In the evening, we spotted the famous leopardess Padma, and the next morning we saw the impressive male leopard Pink Nose. Just before the morning safari ended, Dalpat Singh Ji also helped us spot Padma resting inside a cave from a distant hilltop using binoculars—a rare sighting that only a few safari vehicles managed that day. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian, the food is excellently prepared with full hygiene and separate cooking arrangements. If you're visiting Jawai, I strongly suggest staying at Dera Jawai Leopard Safari. It's more than just a resort—it's an experience I will always cherish. Highly recommended.
