Dera Jawai - Best Safari Lodge in Jawai Bandh

I had an amazing experience at Dera Jawai and want to highlight a few things to help you make the best choice when visiting Jawai - A) If you love food, you'll really enjoy this place because the host, Ravi, ensures you have the best experience tailored to your preferences. The food is completely authentic and fresh, like homemade meals served beautifully. B) The rooms are clean and hygienic, located in the middle of the forest where you can relax in a very peaceful setting, far from your usual busy life. C) Most importantly, if you're visiting for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary, the host makes sure you have everything you need. Whatever is possible to arrange in the village or town will be provided. The hospitality is amazing and the staff very courteous. I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I'm in Jawai. So be sure to book your stay accordingly.

I had a fantastic two-day visit at Dera Jawai, which was genuinely a refreshing change. The tented accommodations were tastefully designed, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere while maintaining comfort. What stood out most was the tranquil ambiance; being removed from the city's noise and hustle allowed us to unwind and appreciate the environment. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully managed. It's an ideal spot to truly unplug, relax, and savor the present moment. I would highly recommend Dera Jawai for a serene retreat and look forward to returning!

The stay was fantastic, incredible, and truly wonderful. We had a lot of fun in the pool, which was very clean. The most incredible part was seeing a leopard right at the hotel during the night. It didn't harm anyone, but just spotting it there was amazing. What an unforgettable experience!

Located well beyond the city boundaries, Dera Jawai rests at the base of the famous Jawai mountain, providing a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. The resort offers a variety of accommodations, including private garden suites, stylish single-room suites, roomy multi-room suites, and upscale tents. Each option is spacious, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking to unwind together while enjoying the natural surroundings. The hospitality is exceptional — the front desk manager welcomes guests warmly, the restaurant staff makes every meal feel both comforting and elegant, and the concierge is helpful with local tips and arrangements. The friendly and professional staff create a warm atmosphere throughout the visit. Nights at Jawai are enchanting; far from city lights, the sky is clear and filled with stars. Visitors can see shooting stars and enjoy moonlit evenings ideal for stargazing. This special experience of resting beneath a starry sky adds a memorable magic to the resort. Many thanks to Dera Jawai, with special appreciation to Ravi Pratap Singh Ranawat, the owner of Dera Jawai.
