Dhamma Grand Hotel Resort

Rooms were excellent. Staff were polite and accommodating. The location was tranquil, serene, and restful!

We spent two days at Dhamma Grand Hotel & Resort during our visit to Bodhgaya and were completely pleased with the overall service from the hotel management, including the room, cleanliness, and restaurant.

It’s the month of April with temperatures soaring as high as 43 and the AC in the main hotel lobby isn’t working as intended. The guests are constantly complaining with the receptionist being extremely complacent and stating that the AC has been working hence the cooling isn’t upto the mark.If there is a genuine issue I would be extremely accommodating however all I saw was excuses without any appropriate justification or reasonable accommodation.I would not recommend this place to anyone at all, in fact discourage people to do any bookings here

Had a negative experience

In April, when temperatures reached up to 43 degrees, the air conditioning in the main hotel lobby was not functioning properly. Guests kept complaining, but the receptionist was very indifferent, claiming the AC was working and that the cooling was just insufficient. If there was a real problem, I would have been understanding, but all I encountered were excuses without proper explanation or suitable solutions. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and actually advise against making any reservations here.
