Forget geysers! Here, you get a heating rod and a mission that requires the skills of an electrician, a mountaineer, and possibly NASA. The plug point is so high that even Lord Hanuman might have to jump to connect it! 🤣2. ⚡ BATHING OR APPLYING FOR LIFE INSURANCE?The electrical socket arrangement for the heating rod is so ridiculously high and inconvenient that getting hot water feels like participating in an electrical safety awareness programme. With a 5-year-old child around, this is not hospitality; it’s a serious safety concern!3. ❄️ AIR CONDITIONING — AVAILABLE IN OUR IMAGINATION!The AC experience is so exclusive that nobody seems to know where the cooling is! Enjoy Goa’s natural temperature with the added bonus of becoming a fully roasted tourist. 🔥😂4. 🐜 FREE ANT SAFARI — RIGHT INSIDE YOUR ROOM!Why spend money on a wildlife tour when the wildlife comes directly to your mattress? Ants everywhere! No safari jeep, no entry ticket, no booking required. Just lie down and let the ants explore your territory! 🐜🤣5. 🛏️ MATTRESS WITH A DUST-FREE GUARANTEE? ABSOLUTELY NOT!The latex mattress comes with a complimentary dust collection. Apparently, housekeeping believes dust is an essential ingredient in the resort’s interior design!6. 👨‍👩‍👧 BRING YOUR CHILD — IF YOU ENJOY EXTRA CHALLENGES!I stayed here with my 5-year-old child. Instead of a relaxing family holiday, we got a live demonstration of how difficult it can be to obtain basic facilities. Even my child deserved better than this!7. 📞 STAFF RESPONSE — CONNECTING TO THE MOON!Raise a concern and prepare for another adventure. The staff response was so disappointing that I wondered whether my complaint had been sent to the Moon instead of the management office! 🌙😂8. 🌡️ EL NIÑO’S OFFICIAL GOA HEADQUARTERS!Forget weather forecasts. If you want to understand extreme heat, simply book a room here without AC. You will experience climate change personally, without a documentary, scientist, or research paper!9. 🏆 FIVE-STAR SURVIVAL, ZERO-STAR COMFORT!This resort is perfect for people who believe holidays should involve suffering, problem-solving, ant companionship, and engineering experiments involving heating rods.10. 💸 THE ONLY MAGIC TRICK: YOUR MONEY DISAPPEARS, YOUR PROBLEMS MULTIPLY!You arrive expecting a holiday. You leave with stories about hot water, electrical sockets, ants, dust, heat, and customer service. Very good for a family trip it is very peaceful location and pool maintainance also good . Food at resort is good and staff also responds very quicklyCons: Lighting in the room is dimHot water (geyser) not present Except these remianing everything is fine to stay at this resort

Dhanrains Moonlight Retreat Cottages provides a calming stay. The cottages are roomy and tidy. The swimming pool is kept in good condition, and the overall experience was wonderful. Strongly suggested for those looking for a tranquil escape.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the swimming pool, playing handball, and even had an entertaining cricket game. There were many chances to unwind, have fun, and enjoy ourselves. The food was excellent as well, and a big thanks to the clever Sushant bhaiya who kept our meals and drinks coming 😄 Also, the adorable receptionist deserves a special mention — she truly added an extra touch of charm to our stay! 😉 All in all, it was a refreshing and unforgettable experience with wonderful hospitality, tasty food, and plenty of enjoyment. I would definitely recommend Dhanrains Moonlight Retreat and look forward to returning!
