Dhanunjaya's Luxury Hotel

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. I booked a Corporate Room, which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great value for money.Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable, with delicious options like Kesari, Idly, Vada, Uthappam, Poori, Pongal, Semiya, and Coffee. The restaurant staff were polite and attentive.A few areas could be improved: towels and pillows had a mild odor, hot-water flow was low, and basic amenities like tea, coffee, and toothbrush were provided only on request. Ongoing road work in front of the hotel caused minor inconvenience.Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay here again when visiting Hosur.

The hotel is super close to the main bus stand in Hosur. I had meetings nearby and it saved me a lot of travel time.Reached late evening and the check-in was smooth. No waiting, staff was ready and polite.Room was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for my work.The complimentary breakfast was fresh and filling.Friendly Staff they even helped me with a quick cab booking at the last minute

Room is not good at all. Smell was there. The basic facility is missing here like tooth brush , soap etc. Food quality is not upto the mark.For food in make my trip taken 700 and but in hotel mentioned 200rs complimentary is there. Beyond this price I have to pay. Breakfast no much more options is there. Light is less in the room seems dark. Wifi was not working.

Rooms are average, but service was very good. I stayed here for 3 nights. They cleaned the rooms everyday, changed towels and linens. Quality of rooms can be improved a bit. Food is good, although north Indian cuisine can be made better.Overall a good stay.

However, I did experience several issues during my stay that point to lapses in internal management and service quality.’The swimming pool was unavailable, and this was not communicated in advance. If maintenance was scheduled, it should have been updated online or at check-in.’There was no Wi-Fi access on the first day, which made it difficult for me to work - I had to rely on my personal hotspot.’The geyser didn’t function at all during my stay.’Toothbrush kits were missing, and toiletries like shampoo and soap were oddly placed inside the tea/coffee tray instead of in the bathroom.’The service desk helpline was unresponsive and unhelpful when I reached out for support.I truly believe your property has the potential to be excellent. With better attention to detail and improved service standards, the guest experience can be significantly enhanced.
