We booked a standard AC room, but on arrival we were given a poorly maintained room without AC. The room was dirty and did not meet the standard we had booked or expected.We raised the issue with the property, and after staying there, they agreed to provide a partial refund within a few working days. However, the promised refund has still not been received, and the property is now not responding to our messages.I have photographs and other proof of the condition of the room and our booking.I would not recommend this property based on our experience. If you book here, I strongly suggest cancel it
This ‘stay’ or BNB has misleading photos and facilities. While it is in a prime location, the state of it is a health hazard and an absolute disgust. All the walls have fungus and splatters of disgusting stuff. The bathroom ceilings are all moldy and the bedspreads are unclean. If this was a 1 star or 2 star stay - we know what we are signing up for. Calling this a 3 star and using misleading photos is shameful. They will not pick up your calls once you decide to cancel or suggest you are unhappy with the stay. Please be careful.

Very disappointing stay not worth the money at all.

The room was not clean, and the bedsheets were dirty and poorly maintained. The AC was not working, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the price being charged, basic facilities should at least be properly functional.The host’s behaviour was another major disappointment. The way the host communicated with guests was very rude and unprofessional, which made the overall experience even worse.There was also very poor cellular network coverage, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting frequently. There was no TV in the room either.Overall, the property is highly overpriced for what it offers. At this price range, there are plenty of much better and cleaner options available. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and looking for another place to stay.
Extremely Poor Stay & Service – Multiple Issues

Our stay has been extremely disappointing. Since morning, the washroom/toilet door has not been opening, and despite being told that it would be fixed within one hour, 7–8 hours have already passed with no proper resolution. We are facing serious inconvenience and have been unable to use the washroom normally.On top of this, the Wi-Fi is not working at all, which is another major issue. The overall service and response from the property have been extremely poor. There is no proper coordination or urgency from the staff to resolve these basic problems.This is completely unacceptable for a paid accommodation. We expected basic facilities and proper service, but unfortunately, neither has been provided. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
