The housekeeping staff and administration showed very unprofessional behavior. When we reached the parking area with our luggage at check-out, some of our group were still in their rooms and we were waiting for them to settle the final bill. At that moment, a staff member named Prateek behaved rudely and threatened us, saying he would call the police because we were leaving without paying. The property owner responded by pointing out that our vehicle, parked there, is worth 30 lakhs, so they questioned whether the bill of 4865/- is significant compared to the vehicle's value. The staff's attitude was very poor, and I would not recommend this place for families or group gatherings.

Our office group of 12 had an amazing time in Kanatal. The property is stunning with breathtaking views, and the entire experience was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. Special thanks to Manager Prateek for handling everything so efficiently and making our trip smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely love to come back! The food was delicious, room service was prompt, and the ambiance was wonderful. The property was well organized and everything was perfectly arranged. Room service was almost immediate and the food quality was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. In particular, Manish was very kind and responsive, almost always available, and even when he wasn't, he made sure we got what we needed. I also want to mention Vipin, who was equally helpful and guided us throughout our stay. Overall, the best experience.

Location is perfect, scoring 10/10. The food is also top-notch, 10/10. Everything about this place is outstanding, from the location and food to the people. The property offers the best views from the rooms, especially the early morning sounds combined with the scenery are incredible. The entire property is very well maintained, beautiful, neat, clean, and the views are captivating. I will definitely visit again and recommend this place to everyone.

I booked this resort through Agoda. When I called the property two days before my trip, the owner said they couldn't accommodate me because they were fully booked. Shouldn't the owner have contacted me to inform me about this? What if I had shown up there? Who would be at a loss? If you want to improve, you need to understand business ethics.

We booked via Agoda but received a message saying a 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. So, if booking through Agoda, confirm by phone. The room given on the first day was in poor condition, with insects and bugs in both the room and bathroom. The wardrobes and walls showed damage from seepage. When we mentioned this, the manager said nothing could be done as all other rooms were booked. From the second day onward, a better room was provided. Breakfast was quite basic with a limited variety, mostly poori sabji and poha/vermicelli served daily along with tea. Also, to reach the hotel, you must descend stairs equivalent to about three floors, which is difficult for elderly or those with knee problems. The only good aspect of the hotel is its location, close to Kodia Forest and not far from Surkanda Devi temple.
