We recently had the pleasure of staying at Evolve Back, Hampi, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. Hi, one of amazing stay & beautiful Holiday in a life time. Love the property, one of the best hospitality,Courteous & polite Staff’’Thanks to Chef Mr Sumangalam & the entire kitchen staff who have served pure jain vegetarian delicious food.Thanks to Mr Som Naturist, with whom we did Bird Watching. It was fab experience. Mr Som, Bird & Wild life lover showed us a lot of bird species. It was a lovely & unique experience.Thanks to all the staff of Evolve back who has helped us to create the one of the best memories in lifetime.We celebrated our 25 th magical silver wedding anniversary with u all guys at Evolve back,Hampi.I give 5 star rating for this Property.This property has positive vibes to cherish.Evening Dinner in an open area with Bharatnatyam,Flute & Tabla playing, it was a lovely & beautiful experience.I recommend Hampi property as one of the best 5 star property.Thank you’’

We chose this place for our silver anniversary. They made our stay and anniversary so special and memorable. I must say it was one of the best trips of my lifeThe housekeeping ppl had decorated the room so well making it special with a cake too. The chef Mr Sumangalam took special care of our Jain food requirements , rather we tasted many new South Indian dishes made specially for us.We took up the bird watching tour , Mr Som went out of his way to show the different species of birds, and at the time of check out he gave us a book of the birds in Hampi as a souvenir, loved this touch of hospitality.At check out , special care was taken for our travel needs on food , we were given packed lunch with fruits and a bottle of fresh coconut water, oh my , never experienced this level of hospitality.Been to many Taj properties earlier , but this is one level up.I have not been to the Coorg and Kabini properties of Evolve back but would love to in the futureThe vibes of this property are so very relaxing and soothingThe tabla and flute artists and the Bharatnatyam performances at dinnertime were fantastic .Loved each bit of the stay

I genuinely expected much better from Evolve Back, Hampi. Sadly, the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived.There was no one at the entrance or reception to guide us on parking or offer valet service. For a so-called 5-star property, this is basic hospitality. We had to walk in ourselves and ask if valet was available. Even though we had a prior reservation, I was asked details at-least 8 times and yet no one actually noted it down. It felt chaotic and unorganised.We chose Tuluva restaurant for our buffet dinner. Once seated, we were completely left on our own. No welcome, no explanation of the buffet, nothing. We had to figure everything out ourselves. Honestly, it felt more like a local buffet experience than a luxury resort.The food from Tuluva restaurant was another huge letdown- bland, cold, and not worth the money at all. The spread was limited, drinks were hard to find, and several buffet items had run out with no one refilling them. The staff looked disengaged and uninterested, and having their own fun (having fun is absolutely fine but you need to be a little attentive)I had actually been considering Evolve Back for a staycation, but after this experience, I wouldn’t come back. Apart from the property looking nice, there is nothing that justifies the premium pricing. Poor food, poor service, and absolutely no warmth.Only later did it sink in that we had paid 9k for a dinner buffet for three and honestly, the food wasn’t even worth 3k. The taste was just purely bad and nowhere near the standards this brand claims.The only redeeming part of the evening was the live performance by the artist that was genuinely nice. Sadly, everything else fell flat.Even while leaving, no one assisted us with our car. After waiting around, we were simply handed our keys and told where the car was parked. No escort, no courtesy just ’go get it yourself.’Luxury isn’t just about beautiful buildings, it’s about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, Evolve Back completely misses that.This is not the experience we expected, and honestly, not one I would recommend. Very disappointed.
