Pleasant and quiet stay. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the beach. The staff are courteous and helpful. It would be beneficial to have air conditioning in the dorms and to install a few more routers to enhance WiFi coverage, which is usually strong in the common areas.

Everything is great, especially the owner Renee who is fantastic. I really like this place and have already visited twice 😄

Had a fantastic stay. Goutham, Avantika, and Chetan were excellent hosts. The cafe is lovely. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. This was one of the best stays I've ever had. Ideal for solo travelers seeking tranquility.

My stay was disappointing. At checkout, I was charged an additional ₹500 for a late checkout of only 2 hours. We had informed the staff that we planned to check out around 12:30 PM, but due to delays, we arrived at the room at 1:30 PM and checked out immediately. Since the official checkout time was 10 AM, a slight delay seemed reasonable, but the way it was handled was inappropriate. The staff were rude and unhelpful, treating guests unprofessionally. Instead of understanding our situation, they insisted on the extra fee and even commented that we paid less because we booked through Agoda. This felt disrespectful and unacceptable, as the booking platform or price should not affect guest treatment. One staff member said if we had checked out by 12 PM, there would be no extra charge, but since we left at 1:30 PM, we had to pay ₹500 because "no one will book the room now." This explanation seemed unprofessional and unfair, making it feel like the extra charge was forced rather than justified, especially since we had informed them in advance. The washroom was also unclean. When I mentioned this, the staff said I should have reported it at check-in and refused to take responsibility. The room conditions were poor as well. The fan was in bad shape with almost no speed, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unpleasant due to poor maintenance and unprofessional staff. Such treatment can harm the property's reputation and standards. It seemed the extra charge was influenced by our lower Agoda booking price, which is unacceptable. I strongly recommend improving customer service and basic room quality for a better guest experience.
