There should be an option to rate zero. This was one of the worst accommodations we've ever had — completely unacceptable. The property was a total mess from beginning to end. Its location is remote, inconvenient, and honestly feels isolated. But that was only the start. The room had a strong damp and musty odor that made staying there very unpleasant. On top of that, lizards were roaming inside the room, which is totally unacceptable for a paid stay. Cleanliness was terrible, as if basic hygiene and upkeep were completely neglected. If you need help after 6 PM, forget it — service is almost nonexistent. Calling this a "stay" is generous. The room was barely habitable, much less comfortable. We booked expecting a decent experience but ended up feeling like our money was wasted. Strongly do not recommend. Agoda should seriously think twice about listing a place that fails so badly in cleanliness, maintenance, location, and guest service.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026We intended to stay for 2 days but had to leave after 12 hours because the room felt very humid and had a bad smell. The AC was not functioning and seemed just for show, not cooling at all. The area was also full of mosquitoes. The location is good, but maintenance is lacking.
