It is absolutely not a resort—it is a glorified 1-star motel that provides nothing more than a bed to sleep on.We were extremely disappointed by the following:• Disgusting room hygiene: The rooms were completely uncleaned when we arrived. There was visible dust, dirty floors, and the bathroom felt highly unsanitary.• Zero resort amenities: A true resort offers activities, good service, and a relaxing environment. This place offers absolutely nothing to justify its "resort" title.• Terrible value for money: They charge premium rates based on how the building looks from the outside, but the actual indoor experience is cheap and neglected.• Lack of basic hospitality: The staff seemed completely indifferent to the lack of cleanliness and basic room upkeep.Avoid this place if you are looking for comfort. It is only good for a place to crash if you have no other options, but it shouldn't be allowed to advertise itself as a resort.
