Trippr Gokarna - Beach Hostel

Had a wonderful stay here. The view of the beach from the hostel was stunning. The food was tasty, and Anil Anna provided excellent service. I would definitely return again 🙌

Lovely place

The staff were unprofessional, with no manager present on site, requiring all communication to be done over the phone, which is difficult due to poor mobile network coverage. After all the back and forth, it took them 5 hours to provide the room key. The rooms only had a bed and mattress, with very few amenities, yet the prices were very high. The staff seemed unaware of guest details and bookings, offering no proper assistance. Hygiene was poor. Whenever asked, the only response was to call the number on the board, but those people often didn't answer or had network issues. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.

The property's location is misleading because it is much farther from the actual spot, so don't trust Google Maps. Look for RK beach cottage instead. I nearly got lost in the dark. The highlight of this place is being able to sit by the beach late into the night, and the hammock is a wonderful bonus. The staff are friendly and make sure you feel safe.
